We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with HennaShop services, so we offer a convenient return system. Follow these simple steps:

If you want to return or exchange a product, send us an email to the address listed on our website. In the email, include your order number, name, and phone number. Send the email from the address you used when placing the order. Please note that the product must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, unworn, undamaged, and must not be a perfume. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. If you return the entire package, we will refund the full amount, including shipping costs. If you return only part of the order, we will refund the amount only for the returned products.

After receiving your email, we will contact you to choose a convenient Zásilkovna drop-off point together. We will then send you instructions on how to correctly submit the package for shipment. All shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Within 14 days of receiving the package, we will inspect the returned goods and decide on the refund to the specified account. We will inform you of the refund details via email.
The buyer cannot return:
- opened and used cosmetics and other products that come into direct contact with the skin;
- dietary supplements if they have been opened and/or started to be used.
