Payment Method
You can make payment by VISA/Mastercard after placing your order. The payment is secure via a payment gateway.
For most EU countries, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for orders over 10 euros. The fee for this service varies from 1 euro to 7.50 euros depending on the country.
Order Shipment
Shipments are dispatched every working day, except on Czech public holidays. Orders that are either prepaid or opted for cash on delivery (COD), and placed before 12:00, will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped on the next working day. The delivery time is 2-4 working days, depending on the country of delivery. Once you select your country in the order, you will see the delivery services available for your country. For example:
- For the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary - Packeta (Zasilkovna).
- For Poland - InPost Paczkomaty or Poczta Polska pick-up points.
- For Germany - Hermes home delivery or pick-up points.
- For the Baltic countries, we recommend Venipak parcel lockers as the cheapest delivery method, or Lithuanian Post parcel lockers for Lithuania.
The shipping fees are directly correlated with the total amount of your order, meaning the higher the order value, the more cost-effective the shipping becomes. We only charge the postage costs from the postal service without adding any handling and packing fees.
Your items will be securely packed to ensure their protection during transit. We take great care in packaging to make sure that your items arrive in perfect condition. Our boxes are appropriately sized, and we ensure that all items are well-secured inside.
