7 × 7 cm – small motifs for hand, wrist, or ankle.
10 × 15 cm – medium designs for shoulder or thigh.
20 × 20 cm – large pieces for back or baby bump.
Bracelets 20 × 2 cm and 20 × 3 cm – slim strips for wrist or ankle.

Step-by-step

1. Clean skin with an alcohol wipe.
2. Peel off the paper backing and stick the stencil in place.
3. Carefully remove the clear transfer film. Important: If the stencil has many separate elements, watch closely as you peel—make sure every tiny piece stays on the skin.
4. Fill the cut-outs with a thin layer of henna paste.
5. Let it dry for about 30 min.
6. Peel off the stencil—done!
