Sattva Nut Brown is a plant-based hair colour for refreshing brown hair and creating nut brown tones. The powder combines the colouring plants henna and indigo with amla, bhringraj and neem.
On lighter hair, the change may be more noticeable. On brown hair, the result can add depth and refresh the existing shade. The final warmth, darkness and intensity depend on your starting colour, hair condition and previous colouring. Nut Brown does not lighten darker hair.
Carry out a skin sensitivity test and a strand test before colouring. Follow the instructions on your pack.
Indigofera Tinctoria, Lawsonia Inermis, Emblica Officinalis Gartn, Eclipta Alba, Azadirachta Indica.
Can Nut Brown henna cover grey hair?
It can colour grey hair, but grey strands may look lighter or different from the surrounding lengths. A first application of pure henna, followed by Nut Brown, may help create a more even brown. Check the result on a strand first.
What is the difference between Nut Brown and Dark Brown?
Nut Brown is intended for nut brown tones, while Dark Brown is intended for a deeper brown. Your starting shade affects both results. A strand test is the best way to compare them on your own hair.
Is Nut Brown pure henna?
It is a blend of five plants, including henna and indigo. Pure henna contains only Lawsonia inermis and produces copper to copper red tones rather than the same brown result.
